Vaara lifestyle: Asana routine for strengthening back muscles

The rhythm of a big city, daily chores, and office work all certainly affect the state of our body, and often, the first thing that suffers is our spine.

BeYoga  studio instructor Dhidjish with his student Kseniya demonstrated an asana routine which can help to release tension from the spine and to strengthen the back muscles. We all know that back muscles are the corset of our ribs, and a correct amount of pressure won’t only help to avoid possible spinal problems, but will also remove unecessary tension after the workday.
