Pilates exercises can help to improve posture and engage deep back muscles, relieve lower back pain, increase muscle tone and strengthen muscles. The elements of ballet give you a smoother workout, and help you to become more flexible and supple.
According to Pilates specialists this method also helps to regulate the body’s circulation.
This workout will be especially beneficial for those who spend a lot of time sitting down. For a warm up Tatiana is using a special ballet barre, but at home you can use a chair of a similar height.
For the rest of the exercises you will need a yoga mat.
